Located in Ankara’s Sincan district, the Lagom Living Complex spans a total construction area of 265,000 sq.ft and comprises 308 residential units (1+1, 2+1, and 3+1 apartments) along with 47 high-street commercial shops.

We were proud to take a central role in the full design process creating all show flats, façades, and architectural direction, while also supporting the developer in areas such as branding, product selection, pre-sale strategies, and overall design consultancy.

Although we did not take part in the construction execution, our design involvement spanned over 10 months of intense work, resulting in a timeless and well-integrated architectural vision. With a construction phase lasting approximately 3 years, Lagom stands out as a carefully crafted, livable, and iconic urban project that will continue to make its mark for years to come.
